Access the complete Recipe Index Sesame-Ginger Vegetables
Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in electric skillet at 375°. Stir in sesame seeds and ginger root (or ginger powder). Stir in onion, pepper, zucchini, and mushroom slices. Stir in stir-fry sauce. Stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender, approximately 1 minute.
